Ebenezer Smith, occupation lawyer, was born 13 March 1758, in Durham, New Hampshire, child of Ebenezer, married Mehitabel Sheafe, served in the American Revolutionary War: aid-de-camp John Sullivan, died 24 September 1831, in Durham, New Hampshire, and was buried in Old Durham Cemetery in Durham.
